Killer content has always been one of the most important issues for a blogger. No doubt that promotion is as important but this will get you only first time visitors. It’s the real high quality content that brings them back again and again. Once they see that your content is good and caters to their need, they start liking your blog and spread it in the blogosphere.

But writing high quality content is not easy as it sounds. It requires lot of thinking and the presentation needs to be perfect. Here are 5 tips that can help your content to become a killer piece of article.

1. Divide your article in subheading- One of the best post format available in the blogosphere. Either make it a list post or simple subheadings, but try to incorporate them. This will help your readers to decide which part to read and which part to skip. Lastly, it will make it easy for you to write the post.

2. Use images- Someone had said- A Image say 100 words. It is true. You might feel it difficult to make others understand in words but image can be very helpful. A medium size image that contains the gist of the whole post is very helpful. Use it at the top for the maximum advantage and exposure.

3. Use facts and figures- Some information and figures from reliable sources will always help. People love facts and numbers because it helps them believe that the guy who is claiming something is using something as a base. His claims are not baseless. Your personal account figures will also do.

4. Include your observations- In your journey of blogging, you might have observed many things that you felt strange and not according to the system. Use them in your posts. People love personal posts and love it even more when the blogger talks to them personally. It gives them a nice feel.

5. Ask questions- If you think you have written a top posts that is sure to raise controversy, do not hesitate to involve your readers in the discussion. Ask a question and encourage them to participate.

Killer content is one of the most basic things in the blogging and you should give it maximum importance. If you ignore it, the strategy of your blogging may backfire.
