It is been 6 months since I have started Bloggers Passion and it has been an roller coaster ride. In this duration, I have done many new things, meet many people (not physically) and found some great friends. And this post is a summation of my achievements, learnings, mistakes and improvements since the day I started.
TRAFFIC
First of all let’s look at the traffic report of Bloggers Passion in past 6 months. To be honest, the traffic has not been very consistent. There have been days when there were more than 50 visits and days when there were just 10 visits. This is a snapshot of my Google Analytics account.
As you can see, it has been quite inconsistent. If I could not write for 3-4 days due to some reasons, the traffic drops sharply. The only plus in this report is bounce rate, average time on site and page/ visit. I am working pretty hard to improve the visitors count and be consistent. And I seriously need your suggestions and tips to make improvement. Please do comment below for the suggestions.
POSTS AND COMMENTS
In 6 months, I have written around 80 posts i.e. around 13-14 posts per month. I am satisfied with the frequency although this could have been better. The comment count has crossed 800 which mean that I am getting on an average, 10 comments/ post.
ACHIEVEMENTS
The major achievement for me is the contest I won at SmartBloggerz. It has been the highlight and I won $75 cash and other prizes worth more that $500. The important ones were Twitter Dummy and How to Blog Better e-books, a logo design and theme customization (both are under construction). So, in coming days, you can expect a change in Bloggers Passion.
Also, the blog was mentioned at following places in the blogosphere.
1. At AffiliateGroundz run by CJ, where it was put as best 10 blogs to write a guest post.
2. At BestBlogs.asia, where it was mentioned one of the best blogs in India in this niche, along with Labnol and DollarShower.
3. At WeBlogBetter, run by Keisha, in the post remarks about very low bounce rate at Bloggers Passion.

FRIENDS and RELATIONS
I made some very good friends in this half year. Peter, Jijo, Puneet, Sushant, Harsh, they all have been wonderful and coming to help whenever I needed some. I have also introduced Peter and Jijo as Blog Buddies but due to some personal things, it has not got a lift. I will soon be making announcements for the same.
BLOG NEWS
As I already said, very soon, there will be many changes in this blog in the design and theme. Also, I am planning to start a contest. Nothing has been finalized but I have something in mind which I will be revealing soon.

Your bounce rate is amazingly low. Which means you really write quality contents that readers want to read more.

To improve, I would suggest to increase your post frequency as content is always king. Try to make it 1 per day.
Also participate in forums like digital point, warriors etc. which will give you some good visitors.
