The Must Follow Plan for a Ideal Posting Schedule and Great Traffic
Choosing an ideal posting schedule for my blog has been a major bottleneck for me since the day I started blogging. I have thought about a dozen schedules but rarely stuck to them for a month because of hard time constraints. Moreover, I also need to give enough time for activities like commenting and blog promotion.
So, I thought about this and worked out on some permutations and combinations about I should I post so that I get enough posts for my blogs and traffic also keeps coming at a regular pace. And in the end, I came up with the following 4 step plan that I am discussing and which I think, is a master plan
HERE’S THE 4 STEP MASTER PLAN
1) Write at least 24 posts per month.
2) Post 16 in your blog and 8 guest posts.
3) Write them alternately i.e. two in your blog and next a guest post
4) See the traffic coming.
Easy, huh? Well, not that easy. There are few important things you need to keep in mind. If you show even a little carelessness in the above plan, the plan may not go as planned and your effort will go in vain.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KEEP IN MIND?
1) Post Quality- Wherever and whatever you are posting; never ever think of compromising with quality. Even if it is a guest post, give your best shot. If you think that writing an average post for other blog will work, you are wrong. Ok, it may work for one or two posts but eventually, the guest blog admin will figure it out and may ban you from guest blogging in his blog.
2) The Guest Blog- The choice of guest blog is as important as the quality. Select a blog which has high traffic. It is obvious that Darren Rowse will be the only choice but he might not accept every post. So look at the other options and ShoutMeloud is a good alternative. A blog with low traffic and readability might not fetch you the best or I should rather say, the expected results.
I have started using this schedule since May and it is working fine. Long term results are still to come and I hope this plan goes expected. You also try this method and share your experiences with us below.

24 blog posts in a month is quite a feat. At the moment, I’m doing the very best I can to maintain a minimum of 12 posts per month and I can imagine dedicating some of the few blog post ideas I’ve got to someone else’s blog.

Yes, you are right, I myself find it difficult to stick to the plan, and yes quality of content is the most important part of all.
Unless we become professional blogger it is difficult for us to keep up with blog, either you should have more time or your blog should contain it own decent followers.
