Your Blog and Your Family
Since the day I started blogging, life has become a little hectic for me. Although I do not have much problem with that, but blogging has taken my time that was meant for my personal life. I always wanted to be busy but this leaves me with very little time for my family and friends. So, today I thought of writing how I manage my time between my friends, family and me and give you some tips which may help you.
NEVER HIDE WHAT ARE YOU DOING
My family is never happy with my blogging business because it takes up my half the time I stay at home. On holidays and Sundays, I spend up to 6 hours with my laptop which my family does not like because it is the only day which I have with them. But the point that I am doing something that will help me in future will make them understand that I am investing my time for positive fruits. Tell them the truth and they will support you.
KEEP SHOWING THEM THE RESULTS
One thing that I learnt from this experience with my family and friends was that they would not say you anything if you keep them updated about the results from time to time. After six months, when I did not have anything, my father asked me what I am exactly doing. Then I told him that I have one $25 in some contest and my Adsense account has crossed $10. And few days ago, I received the pin number from the Adsense team. The name Google on the envelope was enough to settle their doubts.
THEY WILL GIVE UP PATIENCE, ULTIMATELY
This is the truth. If you did not get them what you promised them in the beginning, they will be angry for sure. Sooner or later, they will ask you about the BIGGER results which you said in the beginning. So, keep yourself focused and dedicated before they take some serious steps and ask you to stop blogging.

Nicely written… My friend used to say me to never talk about the moolah with your parents. He was right, problem was never to let others know that you WILL BE making money – Make money and they will come to know..
Patience is what parents don’t have, because its an obvious as we sit and write hellva stuff and parents begin to think what’s up with the child? I have faced such situation, faced the worse and I did a lot of awkward things online, parents knew I would hardly make any money and I never gave up. Been 2 years now.. I am the highest earner in my family

Yes, what we finally want is money but it takes a lot of time and patience to earn money in this niche. But once we get into this earnings, it will be more interesting and we can see more results of it.
