The possible reason, Suppose i am buyer and searching to buy some cool curtains for my childs room but when i visit two hubs. First hub which has adsense enabled but don’t have related ads. So, this hub will earn less. And when i visit other hub which will show some cool curtains for my child room. I will probably think and buy. So, vice versa.

Very informative post! I didn’t know different hubpages has to have different techniques in order to earn money online. Just like in every blogger’s road to success, traffic is one of the very crucial factors needed when you decide to try your luck on hubpages.
Yes Different hubs should have different strategy. Like amazon products always don’t have lot of relative adsense ads. Like post for adsense don’t have amazon product. Most important get traffic to hubs. Success, moderate success or failure depends of hubbers like we bloggers.
I think we cant earn much coz i also did guest blogging on shoutmeloud but i earned only $0.5 total.
I think guest blogging is good for giving us an exposure but not for earning good.

If you can earn $0.5 from guest blogging you can also earn $50 or $500. I consider guest blogging as platform and make relations with other bloggers.

You have risk. The risk is to write for these sites for free. If it won’t work you are not loosing any thing, i guess. But you will learning something which don’t work.
Frankly it will lot better then paid blogging. If you get winner hub. That will equalize 10 others easily.

Possibly majority peoples don’t find the real way to do successful hubbing. But if you reveal it. Real potential is there. I am getting 5k impressions per month. I have big plans let see.
@Rahul 5000 impressions per month is pretty good. Are you making any money with those impressions yet? Hubpages is one of many high ranking places you should get a backlink from. There are many others. Mostly social bookmarking sites that rank high with Google. Get a large quantity of quality back links and you will see your own page rank get better. Good luck!
