I love Social Media to reduce my blogging stress. BTW which theme you are using.?
I’m using Thesis theme on my blog.
Burnout from blogging often happens to me sometimes. When I started in the industry, I always end up looking like someone who aged 10 years older. Then I realized, it is not good for the health too. I get sick a lot and when I made it a point to balance my work and socialization, I never get sick often and I feel better and more inspired to work.
Great tips, I do tend to take a few breaks in the day and watch funny video’s or watch interesting news bits. It does help to break up the time and not get so overwhelmed.
I agree with you..sometimes I feel very stressful,so I power off my computer and walk out or I do anything that’s not tech related
I also find it hard to focus when I’m stressed out or have more important things on my mind. I agree with laughter being a good stress buster. I have purchased DVDs of some of my favorite comedy sitcoms and watch an episode or two before getting down to work. This uplifts my mind tremendously and loosens me up to where I can focus properly again.
