My One Month Experience With BloggersPassion
I started BloggersPassion on the 1st January, 2010. Now, it has been one month since I am blogging and I have quite a lot to share with you all about what I learned in this 1 month about blogging and the way to go.
Before BloggersPassion, I was running another blog which had become 6 months old. I thought it was doing perfectly fine but someone else had some other thoughts for it. Puneet of MobiGyaan told me that the posts that I write deserve a lot better number of visitors that I was getting. He told me to change the domain and the extension. I initially hesitated to do so but the results that I am getting now are worth the risk I took and all the credit goes to Puneet.
I also realized that how important is the .com domain. When I was having a .in domain, my search traffic was limited to Google India but now I am getting traffic from all around the world, although its bit low at the moment.
Ii also occurred to me to get a more professional theme than the previous one and to remove widgets like Feedjit which puts a question mark on the professionalism of the blog.
What Puneet also told me was to change the domain. Last time, my domain was a country specific domain and he suggested this is the reason behind my below average traffic. On his advice, I selected this domain and strangely, I have received few compliments for this domain. Some of my visitors have liked it. J
The first month with this blog has been fantastic for me. I have not earned a single penny as I have not used any monetization method. Adsense has just been incorporated on Feb2, 2010.

I really like your blog name! Its quite attractive. Whats your opinion about mine? Even I once made a mistake and registered a “bad” domain name and bore the consequences with no traffic, no much readers. So I registered this new blog, Blogging Junction. I like your blog look very much! Colour combination is simply great!

The domain look good to me. I also change my domain from piyadas-world.com to worthytips.com last October and the change came good to me. The earning was effected for two month but now it going good. Wish you a happy blogging life.
