1] Know thy self, know they Target Audience

A better way out is to make a checklist of questions that your target audience are most likely to ask on various social media sites. This will help you express your standpoint scrupulously. Nonetheless, don’t panic. You will have enough time to research and answer the questions of your audience. However, some amount of homework invariably helps. In doing this on constant basis, will help you establish a rapport with the audience.

4] Schedule Your Content

To schedule your content, consider what formats you will be sending and how often. Applications such as Tweet Deck, Hoot Suite and Social Oomph will let you simultaneously post to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others.

5] Decide How you’ll Fulfill the Content

One thing to keep in mind: whatever schedule you set for yourself or your staff will no doubt require more time than you think, especially in the beginning. Getting started with social media content has a learning curve, so be prepared for the extra time needed to get comfortable with the process.

6] Quality Over Quantity

You don’t have to post every day to create an effective presence with your social media. Find the frequency that makes sense for your business and go with that. Remember, quality must always trump quantity. If you can’t maintain the quality level of your content at the rate you’re trying for, reduce the frequency until you can.
