9 Biggest Benefits of Using the GetReponse Tool in 2024

Here are some excellent features of GetResponse

1. GetResponse Marketing Automation Works Like Magic

GetResponse has a feature called marketing automation. Most of the other email marketing tools out there lack.

This feature sends a marketing email to a particular portion of your subscribers based on interest.

For instance, if you send out a general email about your upcoming launch and a certain number of people open it or click on the link included in the email, they will be set aside for future emails regarding the launch.

Next time, when you send another email about the launch, only this group of people will receive it as they showed interest earlier.

You can also use the automation feature for many things, including;

  • When someone purchases
  • Website visited
  • Cart abandoned and more.
automation

Automation enables you to send offers only to those who need them instead of disturbing all your subscribers with offers they might not be interested in.

Automation also boosts your conversion rate because you’re targeting the right people.

You can watch the detailed video of GetResponse to learn more about automation.

2. Send Responsive Emails with GetResponse

According to Campaign Monitor, “about 77% of emails are opened on mobile devices”.

Suppose you send a sales email to your list, but your autoresponder is not responsive to all devices.

Your subscribers simply wouldn’t be able to read your emails properly on their mobiles, and your campaign will fail.

With GetResponse, you can send responsive emails to any smartphone user. Be it any device, smartphone, tablet, or iPad, they can read your emails without any hassle.

This is the one feature that makes GetResponse a good buy in the auto-responding business.

According to their research, you can reach 42% more new readers and close more sales if your emails are responsive. That can hugely change your business and product sales.

Another GetResponse advantage is that you can import contacts without your email subscribers having to opt into a list repeatedly; that’s a huge plus point, right?

3. A/B Testing

A/B testing is one of the best ways to increase your conversion rates, sales, or subscribers, which helps you find the best email newsletter that gets more open rates.

You can simultaneously test, analyze, and optimize any element of your emails. You can perform A/B testing on your email subject line, call to action CTA, from the field, the best time and day to send an email and many more.

The impressive aspect is that GetResponse automatically dispatches the best version that garners the highest clicks or open rates.

Let’s say you have 1000 email subscribers on your list and created 2 email subject line variations to see which works better using the A/B testing feature on GetResponse. It sends 250 emails using the 1st variation, 250 emails using the 2nd variation, and the remaining 500 emails will get the BEST email variation that gets more clicks or open rates.

Here’s what the AB testing of subject lines looks like;

ab testing

You can perform the split test up to five different messages, whereas other competitors like MailChimp allow up to 3 variations, Campaign Monitor allows up to 2 variations, AWeber allows up to 4 variations, and Mad Mimi doesn’t provide split testing at all.

4. Autoresponders

Autoresponders allow you to send automated emails to your email list.

For example, you can set a welcome autoresponder. So whenever a person subscribes to your mailing list, they receive a welcome message from you. You can also create autoresponders to send your subscribers discount offers on your products and services.

autoresponders

You can send both time-based and action-based messages using autoresponders. Time-based actions include setting time intervals to send a particular message. In contrast, action-based actions include user actions such as completing a particular form, opening and clicking, and completing transactions.

All in all, GetResponse offers excellent tools to quickly create autoresponders.

5. Subscriber Behaviour & Analytics

You can track metrics such as click-through rates and unsubscribe rates with GetReponse. By doing so, you gain insights into your subscribers’ specific actions with your emails. You can also identify the subscribers who may not have engaged with your newsletter.

This valuable information allows you to tailor your approach by sending a different newsletter version to that specific group.

GetResponse gives you information about your subscribers from where they have subscribed to you. This helps in concentrating more on that particular social media platform.

Here’s what it looks like;

analytics

As you can see above, you’ll find everything, including the number of email opens, clicks, goals, unsubscribed, etc.

6. GetResponse has a 99% Excellent Email Delivery Rate

GetResponse has an outstanding email delivery rate of 99%.

getresponse 99% deliverability

That means if you use GetResponse to send emails to your subscribers, you have very few chances of landing in their spam boxes. They have an excellent anti-spam policy, ensuring your emails are whitelisted and not getting into spam folders.

7. Beautiful Email Opt-in Forms From GetResponse

GetResponse has built-in opt-in forms that look amazing, and you can create customized forms using just a few taps. This will be a big plus if you are not tech-savvy and using email auto responder for the first time.

Getresponse signup forms

GetResponse also offers fully responsive landing page templates that can be used to convert your website visitors into subscribers.

Getresponse landing pages

One secret strategy to quickly grow your email list is to use as many opt-in forms as possible in the most visible places on your blog. Here are 5 such places you put the forms using GetResponse.

  1. About page
  2. Top of the sidebar
  3. End of each post
  4. Footer
  5. Header bar (using Hellobar or SumoMe)

8. GetResponse Webinar

GetResponse is the BEST email service provider to provide a dedicated webinar marketing platform to increase your leads and email opt-in rates.

webinar builder

Here are some of the fantastic webinar features you’ll get with GetResponse;

  • Host unlimited webinars
  • Get enough space for up to 1,000 live attendees.
  • Share the stage with two other presenters
  • Store up to 20 hours of webinar recordings and a lot more

9. GetResponse FREE Landing Page Creator

Landing pages are conversion boosters.

If you are getting 2% conversion rates (2 sales out of 100 visitors), just by using a landing page, you can increase it up 10 to 15%. That’s the beauty of using landing pages. They always work because they are less distractive and often focus on just ONE call to action.

Whether you want more email subscribers or sales, focus on creating one landing page every time. However, creating landing pages is not easy, especially if you are a beginner.

But with the GetResponse landing page creator, you can create stunning landing pages in minutes.

The best part? You can create your own landing page design or choose from over 200 free landing page templates from GetResponse.

landing page creator

You can pick any template according to your goals (for instance, want more downloads? Use “Download Pages” templates). And that’s it! You can host these landing pages on your website or the GetResponse server.

Once you create the landing pages according to your needs, you can use the customized URLs given by GetResponse and display them anywhere you want to boost your conversion rates.

  18. I found that GetResponse is not a good choice for bloggers. When they send the email of a new post out to my list via rss to email, the first few paragraphs run together with no paragraph breaks. Long paragraphs are the kiss of death for a blogger. • Hi, Pramod I think you should start making an email list from the very beginning of your blogging career. If you don’t make the email list, then you might face some difficulty in the future when some new Google updates affect the ranking of your blog and getting very low traffic from SERP. So, keep hurry and build the list as soon as possible.
